Secret Surgery

The world has been through the worst, the devastation. The government fled, left everyone for dead. When the period of devastation ended, they came back to pick the prices up and create the perfect society. They created different divisions: First, Inner, Last. The Last believe that the government is the cause of their problems. The government is harvesting the elites, the children from the First. The First have genes that are superior. They take them into a camp, never to see their family again. At the camp, they treat them like real kids, right before they put them under the knife and collect their genes to create the perfect society.
