About 30% of the world has superpowers now. Naturally, a bunch of people use them for money, fame, or general villainy-hence, heroes were born.
But I'm not talking about the pros. I'm talking about the teenage wannabe heroes who somehow make everything ten times messier. They've got homework due at midnight and villains to punch by noon. Total disasters... but hey, at least they're trying.
