One Last Train

In a small college town, Aarav and Meera were the best of friends, or at least, that's what they told everyone. Their days were spent in loud classrooms, stolen notes, and shared glances. But no one saw the quiet moments. The late-night texts, the lingering smiles, the unspoken feelings that neither of them dared to acknowledge.

The day came when Aarav had to leave. His bags were packed, and a train ticket was all that stood between him and a new beginning. But Meera was late. She never planned to say what she should've said, never realized that sometimes, words can change everything.

As the train's whistle echoed through the night, she found herself standing alone at the platform, unsure if it was too late.
