Aayat Kapoor is a grumpy, sharp-tongued woman who dislikes almost everyone and prefers staying out of people's business. But when her property is suddenly questioned despite all official approvals being in place, she refuses to stay silent.

But Aayat doesn't care who he is, she speaks to him the same way she would speak to anyone trying to dismiss her rights.

What starts as a heated confrontation quickly turns into an unexpected situation neither of them anticipates. Political pressure, public perception, and a sudden twist of circumstances force them into a contract marriage meant to solve a short-term crisis and protect both their interests.

Aayat agrees reluctantly, she has no trust in people, and definitely no interest in love. Mihir agrees for reasons of his own, keeping his emotions locked away behind discipline and power.
