Here in Gardenview, along with the Ichor Operation, there has been some troubles among the Toons. Some have been going missing, or found dead, even when they weren't on a run. They could be hanging in their room one minute, and a cold, lifeless corpse the next. Most are found with unusual marks, similar to snake bites, except larger. Who, or what is responsible for this mischief? Little did they know, the culprit was right under their non-existent noses...

Welcome to Gardenview Education Center and Museum! Most of the lights are off and the toons are back in their rooms, resting from a hard day of gathering tapes and working on extraction machines. Yet for one purple music box toon the night shift has just barely begun. This story is a Dandy's World AU. The character's personalities and physical appearances can and will differ from their canon counterparts. Just be sure not to get too attached to these toons. She was a main character with a passion and specialty for archaeology and paleontology, and as a main character she had a theme revolving around dinosaurs and other prehistoric life. Despite her wonderful role and subject, Shelly was far less as popular as the other main characters. Many of the visitors of Gardenview ignored her, her creators began to push her aside, and even her own friends began to grow distant away from her. It seemed like almost everyone around her was blatantly ignoring her. Shelly was deeply hurt by this. She was upset. Although with that, Shelly tried to be as optimistic as possible even whilst having her sorrow. Then, a nightmarish being from within the roots of her mind had appeared. The nightmare told her hurtful but truthful words, and to do things that she wouldn't ever want to. Shelly tried to resist. But the more she was treated in an undesirable way, the more she understood what the nightmare had said. The combination of the blatant ignorance of her existence and the dark force within her mind had started to enrage and break her, slowly turning her for the absolute worst . . . Now, the once friendly Toon is slowly nearing to the breaking point of something monstrous, potentially bringing danger and wrath to all of Gardenview.. Unfortunately, the GardenView Center shut down in 2002, due to lack of safety allegations. And since the place shut down, GardenView has changed for the worst. Dandy, the Star of the Show, has done something horrible to his fellow Toons. He has infected all of them with a black substance called Ichor. Ichor, however, was highly toxic for humans, but not for Toons. Toons had Ichor already in their systems, but an overdose of the substance would cause them to transform into ferocious beasts, always looking for Toons to kill. One by one, each of the beloved characters went missing, each of them last being seen going under the Center, never to be seen again.. Your loneliness has finally gotten up to you, and you can no longer handle it. And so you, the newest member of the GardenView Crew, has decided to go under the center, in search of your missing friends. But little did you know, there's tons of dark secrets and an untold truth, of the GardenView Center. Will you make it out alive on this treacherous adventure? (All of these Characters are not mine. Hello! I am sprinklutzzz, and you are currently reading my fanfiction on the Roblox game, Dandy's World. This is a description on what this fanfiction is about and a list of things to note as you read. So, let's dive in! Loose Strings, previously called The Ichor Operation (28/4/2025 - 23/10/2025), is similar to what Dandy's World is about: Toons are trapped in the Gardenview Education Center and Museum, which has closed on June 29th, 2002 due to allegations, lack of safety regulations, and a malfunction occuring. Now, they must survive with what they have, while doing machines to keep themselves alive. (This is why I think machines are done. Yes, I changed it.) Be careful though, don't touch the mysterious black substance called Ichor, or it'll turn you Twisted & thirsty for more. You wouldn't want to hurt your friends, right?... (So much... cringe..... *SOB* ｡°(°¯᷄◠¯᷅°)°｡) Things to note: " " = Someone is talking. ' " = Someone is thinking & saying something at the same time. ' ' = Someone is thinking. " ' ' " = Something is quoted. ' " " ' = Someone is signing something. I started writing this fanfiction on April 28th, 2025 on Grammarly. I try to keep a high readability score, around 75 - 85, but there are some mistakes! Let me know if you see any! I've also used words to replace the word "said" from a website since I get sick of using "said" a lot!
