Book 1

They weren't a love story... not yet.
A café. A coincidence. Two strangers with no intention of colliding-until fate made them sit side by side.
What followed was a mess of stolen glances, unspoken words, laughter tangled with longing, and a connection neither of them saw coming.
But were they ever really together?
Or were they just... almost?

Paro, a shy girl finds a loyal friend in Pathu, after she shifts to a new town. Pathu welcomes her with open arms and naughty eyes. The bonding between the two friends only deepened with time. But Paro knew that two hostile grey eyes were watching her, waiting for her to falter. Armaan could never accept nor forgive Paro for intruding upon their happy family. He knew that his taunts were often cruel but he couldn't forego of his hatred. He hated the way Paro filled his Pathu's thoughts and smiles. Pathu was his little sister, his noorie. He was her biggest confidant until she came. When will he realise that he doesn't hate Paro? Will she forgive him then? This is a story of tug-of-war between a brother and best friend. Would they evolve from enemies to friends? Would Paro's innocence and sincere friendship chip away the hate armour Armaan chose for himself?
