Five years have passed, eight certain superheroes went rogue to become the Regime, and their main goal was to stop a deal between the Council of Light and the Reach.
The remaining members are now known as the Insurgency, they wanted to know the truth to why their comrades walked out on them and turned evil after almost losing their loved ones.
Old foes returned from the dead and crawled out of their graves for vengeance, but new allies rose to become something more than outlaws.
