The Sound of Silence

I'm a quiet girl in a loud world. And by quiet I mean absolutely silent. It's not so much that I can't speak, but rather I don't want to, which is why I write. Being a teenager though, I am still apt to fall in love, which makes my world that much more challenging. Not to mention the fact that, despite his smooth tongue and honest appearance, the one kid I fall for seems to have strange secrets of his own... Like the fact that he lives in an enormous tree house.
