Lyra Rose Singer They say family is everything. But when your family's buried six feet deep and burned to ash, what the hell does that even mean? I don't do partnerships. I don't do friendly. I sure as hell don't do Winchesters. For eight years, it was just me and Ace, a beat-up truck, and a long list of monsters to put down. Bobby made me promise to stay off the radar, stay alive, and stay out of his messes. But then he went and got himself killed-left behind a damn letter with my name on it and a mess of unfinished business involving the same two brothers I've been avoiding like the plague. Now I'm being dragged back into a war I didn't start with two hunters I don't trust, especially Dean. He's cocky, stubborn, and wears grief like armor. And me? I've got enough walls to match. But monsters aren't the only things that bleed. And the longer I'm stuck with him, the more the lines between hate and something else start to blur. Dean Winchester the world's still spinning like it's supposed to-but nothing feels right. Cas is MIA. Sam bailed on hunting. And Bobby's dead. I thought I was done getting sucker punched by fate, but then she shows up. Lyra Rose Singer. Bobby's niece. His secret weapon. His legacy. And a walking damn headache. She comes out of nowhere with a mean right hook, a bigger chip on her shoulder than I've got, and zero respect for how we do things. She hunts like she's got nothing to lose, and maybe she doesn't. Cold eyes. Sharp tongue. Built of iron and trauma. We're oil and gasoline-one spark away from burning the whole damn world down. But the thing is... I see it in her. That quiet, buried hurt. That same emptiness I've been dragging around since I clawed my way out of Purgatory. I don't need a partner. Sure as hell don't need a reminder of everything I've lost. But maybe... maybe she's the one person who gets it. Even if we're both too damn broken to admit it.

Sam's p.o.v- My heart beat loudly in my ears. A soft smile played on my lips as I kissed all over her forehead, face, anywhere I could. She nuzzled into my chest and I sighed in content. Thoughtlessly, I placed my hand on her chest, covering her tattoo. She froze, glancing at my hand and then at me. I could feel her heart beat quicken, causing me to look up. "I don't think I can express how much I love you," I sighed, making her grin. "You can try," She prompted, causing a smirk to spread across my face. "I can," I agreed, gently pushing her down and hovering over her. "You know," She mumbled as she looked up at me, pushing my hair behind my ear, "I hate it when you're mad at me." "Me too," I admitted, leaning down and kissing her. Basically it starts off with Sam trapped in the basement of that crazy woman British Men Of letters person. He's all alone and he thinks Dean is dead, he doesn't know Marie is alive (obviously) and he doesn't know where Cass is. All of the sudden though, a woman he doesn't know comes to his rescue, seeming to know all about him). She takes him back home and meets Dean (who is very shocked to see this random lady with his tortured brother) She meets Cass and they know each other. A bunch of stuff happens, and she's got some dark secrets. Her and Sam's relationship blossoms into a fluffy ball of adorable that made me happy to write. (The overall theme fits the song Windows by Angel Oleson really well and I'd recommend you listen to it. Also, yes I know at some parts it's really cringey but I was a baby writer for the first parts of the book. It gets better and I'm really proud of it. I'm gonna try to go back and edit it but I'm really busy recently.)
