*Vedant X Nitya*
Nitya snapped her fingers in front of his eyes, breaking the spell. "Lavender," he murmured, his voice barely audible.

Nitya's laughter echoed through the air, a sound that Vedant found enchanting, like music to his ears. "Lavender? bhagwan ko chadhane ke liye?? Aap pagal ho gaye hain kya??" she teased, handing him the flowers.

Vedant smiled sheepishly, still lost in his thoughts. "Woh wala phool" he said pointing at a flower.

Nitya quoted the price, "Dekhiye, waise ye hai 200 ka lekin hum aapko 150 mein de denge na aapka na humara thkh hai??

he handed her a five-hundred-rupee note. Nitya raised an eyebrow, "Aap hume subeh subeh 500 ka note de rahe hai...khulle nahi hai kya??"

Vedant rummaged through his purse, "No, I don't think I do." Nitya chuckled and said, "Aap yaha 5 minute rukiye hum 2 minute mein aate hai."

*Samarth X Aarushi*

"Jo woh kahenge... woh baad mein dekhenge. Tum meri ho. Bas itna kaafi hai."

Arushi didn't know what to say. Her lips parted, but her heart was too full to form words.
Samarth reached out and tugged her gently back into his arms.

"Toh chalo... aao idhar," he murmured.
She let him. Let herself melt into him, feeling his warmth surround her like safety.
Samarth did-his breath even, arms strong around her. But she lay still, her eyes open, staring into the dark, into the shadows that stretched far beyond the room.
And in that moment, curled into the one person who made her feel like home, she whispered softly-so softly he didn't hear:

"Mai aapko sab sach bata dungi....bas kuchh samay aur.."
And she closed her eyes, not to sleep, but to gather strength.

"Please Abhi ji... " she begged, her voice shaky, eyes searching his face for a flicker of mercy. She stepped back until the wall stopped her escape, her chest rising and falling rapidly. She could see it in his eyes-he was angry. But his voice? Too calm. Too controlled. And that scared her more than his rage ever could. He took another step forward, calm as ever, as if he wasn't burning inside. "Jaana, dar kyun rahi ho? Main kuch nahi karunga. Mat daro," he said smoothly, but the coldness in his gaze betrayed the lie behind his soft tone. (Darling, why are you scared? I won't do anything. Don't be afraid.) Her voice broke, laced with panic. "Aapne vada kiya tha... ki aap mujh par zabardasti nahi karenge," she reminded him, holding on to the last thread of hope. (You promised... that you wouldn't force yourself on me,) He smiled slightly, a calm too dangerous to trust."Aur Jaana, aapne bhi toh vada kiya tha ki aap apne boyfriend se kabhi nahi milengi. Aapne apna vada tod diya... ab meri baari " (And darling, you also promised that you would never meet your boyfriend. You broke your promise... now it's my turn.) His hands gripped her wrists and pressed them gently against the wall, not hurting her, but not letting her go either. Then, with a deliberate slowness, he leaned in and kissed her earlobe-sending a shiver down her spine. She squeezed her eyes shut, her heart pounding. She knew this wasn't about love. It was about control. Book 2 ── .✦ (Not a Standalone) "Mere paas aur koi rasta nahi tha" Ardian finally responded, the weight of his own guilt pushing through. "Unhone... unhone mujhe aapki qasam di thi, Eshal. Mai kaise woh tod sakta tha?" "Toh kya woh qasam unki zindagi se zyada ahm thi?" she demanded, voice trembling with fury and heartbreak. She took a step forward and shoved him-hard. "Kya woh qasam itni ahm thi ki mai unke saath hie na hoti agar kuch ho jata?" Another shove, more forceful this time. Her chest heaved, eyes glistening with tears that refused to fall. "Kya woh qasam itni ahm thi ki mai unhein alvida bhi na keh pati?" She pushed him again, almost stumbling herself. Then came the storm. She slammed her fists onto his chest, not out of anger, but out of desperation. Pain. Grief. Betrayal. "Aap mere saath aisa kaise kar sakte hai?" she cried, each word torn from her soul as she kept hitting him-again, and again, and again. He just stood there, letting every blow land, letting her anger pour out of her like a dam breaking. And when she finally stopped, her shoulders shaking with sobs-he gently reached forward and took her hands in his. He began massaging them softly. His touch was featherlight. Tender. Like she was the one who'd been wounded. Not him. She yanked her hands back as if his touch burned her. Shoved him gently, voice hoarse. "Dhoor rahein." He took a small step back, pain flickering in his eyes. "Mai aap par bharosa karna seekh rahi thi," she whispered, her voice cracking. "Lekin ab... ab mai nahi kar sakti. Aap woh shakhs nahi hein jispar mai bharosa kar sakoon." The words hit like bullets. Something behind his eyes cracked, months of trust and softness they had built reduced to rubble with just one sentence.

This book is the sequel to 'Prisha: The Devil's Solace'. I suggest you read that book first, and then continue with 'Prisha: The Devil's Claim'." _________ She stared at him with trembling eyes, her vision blurred by unshed tears. He was hers-her Rudhransh, her devil, her monster husband. Once, he had belonged only to her. But everything had changed three years ago. Now, he loathed her, despised her with a fury that left scars deeper than any blade. And to hurt her, to shatter whatever was left of her soul, he was doing the unthinkable. He was marrying someone else. He was becoming someone else. The room swam around her as she watched him fill another woman's hairline with vermillion, his fingers steady, his expression indifferent. The mangalsutra lay against her throat like a verdict, final and merciless. Her heart twisted violently inside her chest, every beat sending cracks through her already fragile existence. She took a step back-then another-as the cruel reality crashed down on her, suffocating her completely. Gone. He was gone. The last hope she had nurtured for six years-the hope that one day, somehow, he would be hers again-had just been crushed beneath the weight of his betrayal. Her steps faltered. Her vision darkened. Before she could process the whirlwind of agony ripping through her, she felt herself falling-plummeting into nothingness. Then-darkness. Cold. Silent. Suffocating. A shiver ran down her spine as the eerie quiet wrapped around her like chains, holding her captive. And then-his voice. Deep. Laced with something dangerous. "What will I do with you, dewdrop?" Her breath hitched. No. No. It wasn't possible. Her fingers curled against the unforgiving floor beneath her as realization struck with brutal force. "Is Rudhransh here with her? Or is she just dreaming with her eyes open?" And who is on mandap

"Mr. Raichand..." she whispered, her voice trembling. "Aditya..." he murmured, eyes burning into hers. "Say it." He pulls her close in a spin, her hair whips against his jaw, making him smirk as he tightens his hold on her waist. His palm slides slowly from the curve of her back to the side of her thigh as he guides her movements, making her shiver but forcing herself to stay composed. She swallowed, lifting her chin, meeting his gaze. Something shifted. They were no longer husband and wife bound by arrangement, but two souls locked in a storm. "Aditya.." Aaradhya whispered, her voice seductive. Aditya inhaled a sharp breath his hold tightning on her. Their steps grew sharper. Her leg hooked around his thigh in a daring cross, her slit revealing flashes of skin that made his jaw clench. His hand gripped her back, dangerously low, daring her to protest. Every turn, every press, every snap of their heels told a story anger, desire, unspoken hunger. The music built to its peak. Aditya spun Aaradhya one last time, then caught her in a deep, breathtaking dip. Her hair brushed the marble floor, her lips inches from his. The crowd erupted in applause, but they didn't hear it. Aditya pulled her upright, holding her tight, chest to chest. His lips hovered by her ear. "Mrs. Aditya Raichand," he whispered. "An arranged marriage. Two broken souls. One uncertain future." 👨‍⚖️Aditya Raichand - Once the heart of every room, a boy full of life, laughter, and love. Now? Cold. Distant. Ruthless. A man who buries kindness beneath layers of silence. He trusts no one-not even himself. 👩‍⚕️Aaradhya Malhotra - Once a lively, fearless dreamer who spoke her heart out. Now? Quiet. Guarded. Broken. Her smiles are rare, her past a wound she never talks about. Forced into an arranged marriage by their families, their worlds collide.🤵‍👰‍ They don't believe in love. They don't believe in healing. And they definitely don't believe in each other.

🪞 #𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝟎𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 She wasn't saved. She was handed over quietly, cruelly, like a secret no one wanted to keep. Nitya was soft. Too soft for a world that carved love out of manipulation and called it care. Raised under a roof where tenderness was twisted and silence was survival, she learned that obedience was the only way to stay invisible. Especially when your own mother becomes the mask behind your undoing. So when Nitya is married off, not for love, not even for tradition, but for control she doesn't protest. She folds. Like she always has. Avayan didn't ask for her. He's all edges and ice unreadable, untouchable, and emotionally void. He only said yes because it was expected of him. But something changes in the stillness. Moments pass. And in between the ones where she's breaking quietly are the ones where someone stays. Not to rescue her. Not to hold her. Just to remain. And somehow, between the words left unsaid and the glances not meant to linger, a slow, aching tenderness begins to rise not loud, not sudden but real. This isn't a story of perfect love. This isn't a story of grand gestures or sudden passion. It's a slow, haunting unraveling - of a girl who was barely even hers, Yet, in a marriage built on duty, can desire turn into something more? Can Nitya find the courage to claim her place beside the man who teases and torments her with a tenderness she never knew she craved? And will Avayan, who never believed in love, realize that she was meant to be his all along? A slow-burning tension, stolen moments, and a love that was never supposed to happen-but refuses to be ignored. A quiet beginning. A burning middle. A love that doesn't save her- but teaches her how to choose herself, and him, at the same time. And the man who unknowingly teaches her how to belong to herself.

Prologue- In a dimly-lit forest, a young girl was running away from someone. When suddenly, a man seized a fistful of her hair from behind. "Aahh... please, let me go," the girl cried in pain, clutching his hand, her eyes brimming with tears as she struggled to break free. "Teri itni himmat! Ab dekh me kya karta hun!" (You dared to escape from me. See what I am capable of now)he retorted, his grip unrelenting. "Please, let me go. I'm marrying your brother in just two days," she pleaded through the pain, her tear-stained cheeks showing signs of bruising. "Never! You are mine!" he bellowed, violently yanking her hair, causing her to cry out in agony. "Tere dil aur jism pe sirf mera haq hai. SIRF MERA!" (Only I have rights on your heart and body. Only IHe said while dipping his face into her neck, inhaling her sweet intoxicating scent which aways makes him go crazy. "I will never let you go. He is not worthy of you. You will marry me only!." Turning her forcibly, he seized her in a forceful kiss, his cruel lips biting into her already swollen, tender ones, drawing blood. "LEAVE ME, YOU MONSTER!" She shouted in fury, her eyes brimming with tears. The moment those words escaped her lips, she received a brutal slap across her face. "YOU UNGRATEFUL WOMAN! JUST WAIT AND SEE WHAT I SHALL DO TO YOU!" He bellowed with seething anger as he backhanded her which made her fell down and she covered her face crying, in fear. Then, he clenched her hairs in his fist and began to drag her somewhere mercilessly.
