A continuation of book 1 of HEAVENLY BEINGS (recomended to read book 1!!!) Kai almost gets full control of his powers and explores it's potentials. Communication from places outside the world gets cut off so they try to find other people that survived the events of the first book. While exploring, the group sees a person who's trying to redirect Kai's love to her. Due to this many conflicts between her and Kyoko happen which make the two boys suffer. While all of this is happening, they fight off even larger threats to society due to their passions and goals.
