Enchanted Woods

On Thursday, Bella was walking through the enchanted woods in Heswall. It was a sunny, calm day. Bella thought the woods were normal; but was she right? She was part way through the woods when suddenly she saw glitter zoom past her. What could it be? she looked around and there was nothing there. There was a glow behind a rock. She tiptoed towards it and there stood a tiny, shining fairy. The more she stared at it, the more amazed she became. The fairy flew off: Bella wanted to find out more so she started following it. Bella was fascinated and wanted to find out where this wonderful creature came from. How could it be a fairy? Following the fairy through most of the wood Bella was so absorbed in her work she bashed into a tree. "Oh know", she cried, she had lost track of the fairy. She would never find the little fairy now. Bella was dizzy because she had bumped into a tree and stumbled forward. There in the corner of her eyes she saw a twinkle. Could that be the fairy? Then the fairy flew past the tree ahead of Bella. Now she could follow the fairy back to its home. Bella and the fairy past this massive oak tree. Bella observed an ocean and on the other side was a small island surrounded by trees. Bella had to think how to get across the part of the ocean to the small island. Bella jumped and landed in the water, there was a shadow in there. The shadow swam up to Bella and she got really panicky and splashed around. It popped up out of the water, it was a dolphin. The dolphin started squeaking at Bella. Bella held onto the dolphin and then the mammal (dolphin) started to glide over the ocean towards the island. Bella became more excited the more she traveled across the ocean on the dolphins back following a fairy. Finally they made it to the island. Bella scrambled through the trees and it was the sight of Bella's life. There were mermaids, dolphins, fairies and unicorns, lots of magical creatures. It wasn't a normal wood, it was an enchanted wood!!!!
