Giyuu Tomioka is secretly a songwriter who anonymously displays his songs in a public exhibition in the Demon Slayer Corps where he volunteers to present with other Hashira. The exhibition is arranged by Oyakata-sama, the head of the DSC, to publicly announce and bring support to Demon Slayers with diagnoses such as anxiety, PTSD and survivor's guilt.
His older songs are about Sabito and his Master Urokodaki-sama, but his newly written songs are about relationship problems and heartbreak. Though, Tomioka eventually gets inspiration from other Slayers' experiences in the exhibition.
Giyuu's works are all signed under the alias Sabito to honour his name, his late best friend and lover. Giyuu wrote about sorrow and suffering but soon that changes once he develops feelings for someone, his comrade, Sanemi Shinazugawa, whose feelings are reciprocal. The Wind Hashira seems to be an additional source for Giyuu's songs.
This story is heavily inspired by the gacha trend "The Hashira React to Giyuu Tomioka as Singers" on YouTube.

A River of Emotions
Giyuu Tomioka never escaped from the clutches of insanity. Being dragged away by relatives of his that were doctors all because he insisted that his sister was slaughtered by demons, it was the truth, but over time as these doctors started to chip away at his mind he was left unsure of any reason demons would exist in a world. These doctors always tormented Giyuu even in his sleep to the point he became an emotionless being. Until he was saved by a woman. For the first time in years Giyuu actually felt something and instead of working on the opposing side of demons, he found himself working for a demon, she was kind and quiet, and almost emotionless in a way, she treated Giyuu like a normal human being but then she was recruited to help people who slayed demons, since she couldn't work in the sunlight, Giyuu was often sent in her stead when test were being ran during the day, there he met some people who were interesting, people's lives that were damaged by demons but they never seemed emotionless like him, it confused him made him wonder if he was always supposed to be like this, if there was a way he could have been different. As he wonders into his thoughts, he runs into someone, someone who looked severely damaged by the hands of demons on the outside but on the inside he seemed put together but a little degraded, he seemed to be intrigued by Giyuu and Giyuu wouldn't admit but he intrigued him. So Giyuu found himself being followed by this person and constantly annoyed by him that for the first time in years he felt emotions.Complete

Peace and tranquility. Most all humans wish for a life filled to the brim with it. Giyuu was no exception to that. He, much like any other people, had only ever wanted to live a comfortable life. One without hardship, and one without illness. Most people never thought to wish on the second. Giyuu, however, has suffered dearly due to both physical illness, and mental. He often times found himself wandering around at night, not heading anywhere specific. His mind is awfully foggy at these times, and so he will often feel disoriented in a way; he wasn't thinking about where he was, and nor did he care.. The cover art isn't mine! In this au, Giyuu is not the water hashira, but Sabito is. They both passed final selection but due to Giyuu's eye injury he is blind in his left eye and keeps a bandage around it. He has a mellowed out personality but smiles and expresses his emotions. Sanemi Shinazugawa is preforming the hashira training and since all ranks have to participate he met Giyuu and was instantly wooed by Giyuu's strength, he saw Giyuu as an angle to the point Giyuu kept leaving an imprint on his mind.
