Charlotte was born in Los Angeles California but moved to the upper east side of manhattan almost immediately by her parents none other than James and Lily De Lelie. She has attended private schools her whole life and as she moves into junior year nothing changes she attends Constance Billard a school for the sons and daughters of the worlds most elite but what lies ahead will change her world forever.

Charlotte has 3 best friends thee Blair Waldorf, the one and only Chuck Bass and Nate Archibald whom she had know all her life as the groups parents like to do business together in the city.
