When five women wake up in an eerie, dilapidated psychiatric ward with no memory of how they got there, they are told they're part of an experimental treatment program for dissociative identity disorder. The ward is isolated, the staff are cryptic, and the patients' sessions reveal troubling gaps in their memories. At night, each woman begins hearing disembodied voices whispering fragments of their pasts-secrets they don't recall but feel deeply connected to.
As paranoia sets in, the women form an uneasy alliance to uncover the truth about their condition and the ward's sinister nature. Strange phenomena escalate: objects move on their own, time seems to warp, and the staff vanish one by one. The women discover they are not separate individuals but fragmented pieces of the same person's shattered psyche, trapped in a supernatural limbo.
Their prison is the mind of a comatose woman named Evelyn, who lies on the brink of death after a violent trauma. A malevolent spirit, feeding on Evelyn's fractured soul, has imprisoned them to keep her from regaining consciousness. To escape, the women must confront their darkest truths and merge into one complete self. But as they work to heal Evelyn's mind, the spirit grows stronger, determined to claim her body as a vessel.
In a race against time, the women must decide: face the pain of their pasts and risk obliteration, or remain trapped forever in the ward, their torment feeding the darkness.

100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. Jace Parker, age twenty-six, an Emergency Medical Technician in Baltimore, Maryland, meets a young girl named Aleix Boysfti, who is ten years old, who dies from a sudden death after suffering a cardiac arrest in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, things are about to get worse. After Aleix's death, Jace begins to see Aleix as a ghost and haunting him and Jace begins to question himself why he is seeing one of his former patients as a ghost. Therefore, Jace begins to experience symptoms. As well as seeing in his flashback of a psychiatric hospital located south of Baltimore where Jace as well sees in his flashback where young children are being abused and tortured by their nurses and their doctors. However, Jace thinks that Aleix had died from complications of the abuse as Jace thinks that the same symptoms he experienced are the same symptoms the children suffered from while being abused. Jace thinks Aleix had escaped from the psychiatric hospital to save herself. But since Aleix had come back to life as a ghost and giving Jace some mystery to solve, Jace decides to partner with a detective named Ava Knox, age thirty, to shut down the psychiatric hospital. Jace and Ava are shocked to discover the truth behind this evilness of this tragic tragedy of young children. And will the children be saved? Have enough food for one to two weeks. Do not come in contact with anyone outside of your household. This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department." I scoff to myself. I know this will not be over in a mere two weeks. - - - - - Terminar; The Latin word for Terminate. Definition: To bring to an end. Brittany Slater was free. She had finally escaped the island that she now calls Hell. But there were so many loose ends. Why had her father destroyed all of his research? His factory? His life's work?
