This is the prologue ive written to a fanfiction im going to write about daryl dixon with a family in the apocalypse. His charachter will be more fleshed out in that one because of this one.

This story tells Lauren's journey before she met the infamous rick grimes and what she has to go through before she crosses their path and it all leads up to their big meeting on the rail road tracks, a spy and a cure. Will she ever find her sister? Lauren is in her worse state of mind after losing everything she's ever loved and gets to meet Rick in his scariest state of survival also, relating to him more than anyone else in the group having done the same things as Rick to survive at all costs.
