Bethany Catch is a dreamer. That's the problem. She's too busy with dreams, that she doesn't notice anyone in real life. Suddenly her parents die in a car crash leaving her in a state, and forcing her to grow up. She's dragged away from her life as becomes depressed. When she then meets Charlie Cook, she thinks he is just another person who's going to leave her, but will he be able to turn her into a dreamer again or is Bethany too far gone?
