Elite Enemies is an enemies-to-lovers romance set in the competitive, high-stakes world of university academia. The story follows Zartasha Malik, a brilliant and fiercely independent student, and Huzaifa Khan, her equally ambitious academic rival. Both come from elite families with their own prestigious legacies, and both are determined to outshine the other in their first year of dentistry school in Islamabad.

With their families also embroiled in a bitter business rivalry, the tension between them is palpable. Zartasha, with her sharp intellect and fierce determination, feels constantly overshadowed by Huzaifa's effortless charm and superior academic presence. Huzaifa, on the other hand, finds Zartasha's growing acclaim as a threat to his well-established dominance.
