I never thought I would need anyone.
But then I met him.
The world ended. Everything I thought I knew-gone in the blink of an eye. I thought I'd be fine on my own. I didn't need anyone. I could survive this.
But when I found him, standing in the wreckage like a shadow of a person, I didn't expect him to become the reason I kept going.
He's broken. Dark. Silent. But when he looks at me, there's something there-something I can't ignore. I never imagined I'd want someone to rely on again. I never imagined I'd need him, but now... I don't know what I'd do without him.
He's not perfect. Neither am I. But somehow, we make it work. I'm scared of what this means, but I'm more scared of losing him.

The world ended, and I thought I was done with caring. Done with trying. There's nothing left for me, and I told myself I'd be fine on my own.
But she... she doesn't give up on me. She sees through all the walls I've built, the pain I keep hidden. She's not afraid to push, to ask me to talk, even when I don't want to.
I don't know why she stays. I don't know why I need her. But every time she's near, I feel something I haven't felt in so long. Something that makes me want to keep going, to keep fighting.
I'm not sure how long this will last. But I'm not ready to let go of her. Not yet.

Obsession Series 8 People ask me, "Why aren't you one of the Montelust Men?" Simple. I don't need a title to matter. I'm Condrad Santino-the one they call when shit gets real. I fix things. She hated them. They loved her with everything in them. The universe truly has a sick way of telling you it's there, doesn't it? From being kidnapped to being abused, that was all Arabella saw in life. It was all she ever knew. They tell you to keep fighting but sometimes you realize... you were just a child. The 'things' are as you would call it zombies but of greater skill. They disguise themselves as humans yet they will not hesitate to kill you and eat you. If someone is a 'thing', automatically presume them dead, or at least soon to be dead. It will always take about 2 weeks to become fully changed, hopefully you can chop of that body part in time for the infection to stop. If you can't, put an end to your soon to be painful and horrible turn/death. These beings as I announced only a moment ago, look exactly like a human, two way to tell if they are one or not, their attitude and their eyes. They don't have emotions, only hunger and let me tell you, they will go out of their way to eat you, they will speak but it will sound different... Deformed almost. The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. The color in their eyes they once possessed, will seem dull, it will seem as if they are unfocused or unfamiliar with their surroundings.
