Briana Gallagher grew up on the south side of Chicago while taking care of her six younger siblings, she worked two jobs to get through med school, one has a stripper and working at a titty bar and saving up a lot of money for her and her siblings to get out of the south side and to get away from their so-called parents. When she heard she got an internship at Seattle Grace she immediately took the chance to find a house for her and her siblings, that was when she ran into her biological grandfather who offered his house for her that way he can live in a retirement home. She made Frank and Monica sign away their rights to her siblings and managed to take them to Seattle with her and hoped to start a new. She has no idea that she would make many friends who will be willing to help her through the process.
