Ivey Baxter is sixteen years of age. Her real name is Rosalina Emble Baxter but she has legally changed her name to Ivey because it sounds cooler. She has an alcoholic father who abuses her and curses at her ever since her mother died.

She is said to be toughest girl in all of her hometown Tulsa Oklahoma. She has dropped out of school, gets in rumbles, smokes, drinks, and has even been in the cooler twenty-three times. Some even said she was a female version of Dallas Winston.

What happens one night when her father takes things to far? Ivey runs away and she turns to her gang and starts to live with them but what happens when Ivey soon starts liking one of the guys?
