In the softly lit space of an upscale host club, Shunto is the essence of appeal-a charming host with a nice smile and a smooth style that brings guests in, night after night. But under his shiny ͏surface hides a young man quietly battling the burden of his job. Each night, he conceals himself behind a face of charm, holding back his feelings to please others' wants. Yet, as the nights blend together, the strain of acting like someone he's not starts to wear him out. Alone in calm times, Shunto thinks if he can ever break free from the limits of the character he's made-or if there's a person who might notice him for who he really is. Amid all the glitter and illusion, Shunto has to find his way between show and self, wishing for a connection that is true.
