Enemies to lovers like really mean enemies to lovers.

Centuries ago, there was a law where in a marriage there needed to be an Alpha, beta and Omega. But it was dissolved because of many rising issues against beta.

They can't sire or give birth to pups. They were there to help the Omega and the alpha not having a true relationship.

To Alphas, betas are toys they can play with.
Omegas resent them for this. and think they don't need them to take care of the pups.

So it was dissolved. Pure bloods were all betas, and they swayed this decision. They were too proud to be treated this way. They believed Alphas and Omegas to be savages.

And when Alphas and Omegas were born they were disowned. Only keeping them until they could live on their own.

After the war, births are low, so the ministry decided to make a new law which meant that they would decide who would marry who. And they had to have a minimum of 5 children.

Omegas want to work, and most of the betas are pure bloods who are currently in prison.

The three people marriage law. the ministry would choose an Alpha, beta and Omega to marry.

This law also brought the: Betas are not allowed to enter the workforce.
