Po and her friends, Tinky, Dipsy, and Laa Laa were SUPPOSED to live through the events of Slendytubbies 3 like normal. Tinky gets infected, Po dies, Dipsy gets decapitated and Laa Laa lives for a little while, just to be killed by the Guardian; White. But what if things were different?

Maybe only Tinky got infected? Maybe Dipsy managed to survive? Maybe Laa Laa wouldn't have to be put out of her misery? Maybe White wasn't the protagonist? What if they survived? Things would be different, wouldn't they? Well, let's see if they would be

Here's just what you need to know: Po makes different decisions, different things happen, different people die, different people survive, different outcomes are forged. Things change... The question is: For the better? Or for the worse? Only time will tell...
