Ken Kuroki, an average high schooler, wondering about news of the day: the former mayor accused of raping and killing has been found dead. Hung up like a warning. Same bridge. Same story. No witnesses. No suspects. Just one name passed around like an urban legend: Mr. X.
A psycho-murderer, huh? Some call him a killer. Others call him a symbol of justice. But Ken knows better. The law only works for those at the top. The rest are left to rot-unless someone drags the rot out into the light.
If someone like Mr. X really exists in a twisted world like this, would it be such a bad thing?

I can't get the image of a beaten Tetsuya out of my mind. Could he be bullied? No it can't be, he's practically invisible... But there is no other explaination to this, Tetsuya has been acting strange lately as well. There was something off with him. If the way he moved didn't give the hint, then the wincing and slow reactions every now and then would. "Is there something wrong?" I ask following him, seeing his eyes widden for a moment then go back to the normal blank again in the next, as if it never happened. "It's not your problem anyway..."
