Carson Lavin has always been in the spotlight. As the son of the Buffalo Bills starting quarterback, Zach Lavin, Carson was practically born into it. Now the starting quarterback and captain of the football team at University of Michigan, he's determined to prove he's different from Zach. He's his own person.

Grace is no ordinary girl, being related to Chicago Bears Defensive Lineman, Alex Rivera. While Grace had been competitive in the hunter jumper ring since she was 7 years old, her first love had been football, often playing with her brother. As one of the best high school quarterbacks in Colorado, she led her team to victory multiple times, even winning state. Despite her legendary high school career, no colleges offered her, believing she didn't have what it took to succeed at the college level. Even as she pursues her dream of being a professional equestrian, she still carries the sting of rejection.
