Alice Margatroid is good at mahjong. Great, in fact. On the occasions that she did play with others, she would win far more often than she lost. Mahjong, however, can be difficult, especially when your mind is muddied and all of your focus is instead put towards keeping your body from swaying and your vision from spinning. Yes, mahjong and sake don't mix well if one is playing for keeps. So, when a thoroughly inebriated Alice gets pulled into a game of it by two of her closest friends/rivals, she finds that she really can't compete. It's all she can do to try and not lose too overwhelmingly. To make matters worse, this is a penalty game. One can't fault her efforts, only her results. ...Isn't there anybody coming to save her? (Takes place after the end of chapter 31 of Tradition's End)

< But then, if the world makes absolutely no sense, who's stopping us from inventing one... > < No one... but not everyone has the courage to do so. Not everyone is like you...> ══════꧂ꨄ𐬿𐮛🃏 Alice in Borderland - TV series (𝑓𝑒𝑚!𝑜𝑐 𝑥 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑠ℎ𝑦𝑎) Season one - season ??? ꧁✵꧂ An escape, a lit screen, and fireworks. Thus begins the cruelest and most important game of all, which, if it had a number, would be the highest: 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞. Perhaps years of hand-to-hand combat lessons, firearms training, and carefully studying the people around her have not been in vain. After all, to survive, you must always know your enemy. As in a deck of cards, you know all the gestures and moves of each card, except for the joker, and the tarot cards know this well. The most unpredictable card in the deck is the first one, number zero, the Fool, which represents total impulse, pure spontaneity, and living eternally in the present moment. Although everything is uncertain and unknown, this card gives us the feeling that everything is fine. The Fool can signal a new beginning or a change of direction, which involves risks and throwing yourself headlong into something. Embodying the energy of the Fool is an act of self-confidence so radical that it allows us to take risks that may seem crazy to others. And Reyka Chizaki knew this very well, not only because she knew the tarot, but because it was her tarot. Finding yourself suddenly in a world where you have to play deadly games to survive isn't easy, nor is it fun, but some people are better at hiding their emotions than others. And that's why the bloodthirsty 𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 that the world knew from that moment on, ready to make the gaming arenas her entertainment, would become a faithful 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐝.
