Celestial Dragons are pure evil. I could tell you that, and I'm sure you'd agree. However... what if someone was born into the World Nobles with a kind heart? Wrapped up in Mary Geoise with no desire to be like the others. This is a story of that happening. Tomo and Rira were born with celestial blood. But they escaped, and now they're itching to bring big waves. To change the world.
If you'd like to see this story's earlier iterations, please read Celestial Blood parts 1 and 2. Keep in mind, I have made changes. Tomo is not my own OC. She's my friend Saki's. Saki helped an awful lot in this story's early stages. I check with them while writing scenes with Tomo.
The original story "One Piece" was written by Eiichiro Oda. I have just added characters and plotline.

The Revive Revive Fruit, fruit rumored to exist and is written off by many. Despite being a devil fruit, this particular one is different from the rest... It's not a Paramecia, Zoan, Logia, or even the rumored artificial fruit. No. This fruit is a rare ancient fruit; the only one of it's kind to ever exist. Rumor has it, that this specific fruit was to have existed during the time of within Void Century. Though, it is said that the history can be found by reading all 4 of the Road Poneglyphs, not much is known about the fruit, but two things.
