Melanie Leeks is only 12 when her life changes forever... Again.
In and out of foster homes her whole life in district 5 her whole family has perished in the hands of the Capitol. Her mother and father Brutality killed by peacekeepers and her 2 brothers and her sister have died in the Games. Melanie has been abused and starved her whole life. But can she win this for the first time in 13 years for district 5? She must use Strategy, knowledge, her will to survive and her killer instincts to take home the crown.
