Elena is a newcomer to Jorvik, having won a summer of riding lessons at the esteemed Silverglade Equestrian Center. She soon finds herself plunged right in the middle of Jorvik's mysteries, after befriending a rather peculiar, silver-haired individual - a woman named Katja, who claims to be the victim of an icy curse. She is determined to help her new friend in need... even if it involves doing some morally questionable things in the process. But with each new day comes another, darker discovery about this island's past, and soon she finds herself questioning if perhaps she's been played the fool.
