On an unlucky summer evening, highschool student, Tokio Yukawa finds himself caught in a bizarre kidnapping - not by kidnappers, but by a group of overly dramatic vigilantes calling themselves The Phantoms. Led by the chaotic and theatrical Shina Yatoizawa, this quirky "organization" battles a secret terrorist group known as "Abyss" from the shadows.

After a failed over-the-top villain introduction, Shina finally reveals their real intention: They want Tokio to join them - not as a hostage, but as their mad scientist, building the weapons they need to fight evil. Flattered by the rare praise for his love of science, Tokio agrees, setting the stage for a chaotic new chapter in his life.

Now, surrounded by oddballs like Blade, Eyepatch, and Memeko, Tokio embraces his new identity as Maddox, the limit of entropy itself - ready (maybe) to fight hidden threats, build insane inventions, and survive the madness of The Phantoms.

But one thing's clear: this is just the beginning of the weirdest adventure he's ever stumbled into.
