"Do you think I can?" I said biting my lip.
"I believe you capable, your keen attitude speaks for itself."
He held out the contract but there was a bark of laughter at the door.
"Her? Gandalf do be serious." Thorin said as he leaned against the door frame.
"She will ruin any slight chance we ever had. She probably couldn't even lift a sword!"
I glowered at him before snatching the contract.
"You know nothing of what I can do" I said as I advanced until I stood before him.
"Have you even been in a fight?"
"I'm considering it" I said testily.
