In the rural town of Berlin, Maryland, a house at the end of a road becomes known to the small town for being haunted and weird. One day, Mia Jasmine Franklin and Ethan Allan Gale are two best friends who are semi-popular paranormal investigators. They break into the home to see if the house is really haunted. After filming their experience and posting it online, after some time, it ends up catching the attention of the Ghost Adventures crew, Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley. Deciding to investigate it for a future episode of Ghost Adventures, they travel to Maryland and get Mia and Ethan to be a part of it. However, terrifying things occur right from the start that put everyone on edge. Then, they get held captive against their will inside the home by a crazy serial killer. Mia ends up being a target between the paranormal and the serial killer. How will everyone escape the insane madness that turns from a simple paranormal show into something out of a Stephen King movie? Does Zak want to blossom a romance while trying to save Mia's life?
