(Next book after Without Them, so I recommend you read that one first) The Empire is getting stronger. Darth Vader and the Emperor like using me as a training tool. If my parents had raised me right, then I might have been appalled by the fact that you're a demon," His hazel eyes watch me, so much emotion swirling in his orbs causing chills to travel up my body, "But the fact that you, a demon, have shown more kindness to me than my own parents," his voice deepens as his head tilts slightly, "How bad could you possibly be?" I stand there motionless, lost for words. Am I drunk? Is he? I didn't drink that much. Then again it was half the bottle, but still I have more tolerance than that. It seems like every time I take a break from this man, he changes more and more. I don't know if it's actually his true personality or what, but I can never get out of this loop. Being too distracted with my thoughts, I fail to notice when Sam moves and his lips soon mold with mine in a kiss. And I kiss him back.Complete
