Prison Break
The most wanted criminal in Piltover, the infamous Jinx, is finally captured, much thanks to the sheriff's partner, Vi. Unfortunately, it happened accidentally, and just as Vi had learned her sister was seriously ill, and was finally starting to get through to her. To make things even worse, she then learns from Caitlyn that her sister will almost certainly be sentenced to death. But Vi isn't ready to give up on her sister so easily, especially not because of some topside laws. Besides, it's just concrete walls keeping Jinx in, and... she doesn't call Vi Fat Hands for nothing... This book took me WAY longer to write than I thought it would. I published a preview book for it as the second Arcane work I put out, and four books later, here it is. Better late than never, I guess. I hope you enjoy it. A fighter, sharp as the broken glass that littered the ground, she earned her name with a ferocity that could cut through any who dared stand in her way. Once, Shark had stood by Vander's side. She had believed in his dream of peace, of making Zaun something more than just Piltover's shadow. His bar, The Last Drop, had been a refuge where she could momentarily forget the cold weight of survival. Vander treated her like family, and for a time, she believed in him like family too. But the line between loyalty and ambition is thin in a place like Zaun. When Silco came whispering promises of power, freedom, and a future where Zaun would no longer kneel, Shark listened.
