Marietta joined the clergy, fleeing the numbness of her old life in England for a new beginning in the theatrical halls of the Clergy, a place where masked figures roamed freely, music and ritual blur together, and every moment feels just a little too surreal. Awkward, warm-hearted, and full of personality, she's far from the usual recruit... but somehow, she fits. As she gains relationships with other sisters and the ghouls, and crossing paths with the magnetic Papa Emeritus III, Marietta learns that even in the most unholy of places, connection, purpose and maybe even love could bloom.
