This man was Professor Gerald Robotnik and his major in Biology as well as Robotics allowing him the opportunity to develop the ultimate being. But even with the advances of Humanity and their newly evolved capabilities he couldn't do it. Not without the assistance of someone with untamed wickedness and selfish desire...
