"You're playing with fire, Rosalie," Hunter growled, his voice rough against the shell of her ear.

Her breath hitched as his hands pressed against the wall on either side of her. Trapped. Safe. Wanting.

"Maybe I am," she whispered, not trusting her body not to betray her. "But you're not supposed to touch me like that."

He leaned in, lips brushing the skin just beneath her jaw. "Then stop me."

She didn't.
