So it's been awhile since I've been on here let alone wrote anything. I've found some old pieces of literature I'd like to share. I read back on my past works and find myself in utter disappointment. They lack life and for that I apologize, but they do illustrate the dark times I had in my life. Requiem for Heroin is probably the only piece I thoroughly felt connected because time still hasn't completely healed that wound. I offer a more in depth "short story" of that account in this next piece. I hope it illustrates the struggle and the overcoming of my past. Thank You.

His Little Play Thing
ONGOING, SLOW UPDATES. Thank you for reading though! As a young girl you had always believed that monsters as they seemed, were always big creepy things, with sharp teeth and long claws. Piercing eyes and mouths wide enough to swallow you whole. But one thing you didn't realize is that, monsters aren't what you had always imagined them to be. They are real. And sometimes, they're a lot closer to you than you think. 18 year old Hana is forced into moving across the country to a foreign land, full of people she doesn't know, just for her father's business. She fears that she won't ever fit in, but that all changes when she comes across a mysterious boy, whom she can't seem to get enough of. Secrets are revealed, blood is shed and tears are cried but does Hana have what it takes to live this life she's been thrown into? Or will her depression swallow her whole as she fights to keep her head above water. "The mafia it seems is no place for a girl like you" "I'd rather die than be seen with the likes of you" "I can't! Runaway
I've been on the run for three years. I'm not the first, but I certainly won't be the last. For as long as I can remember, I had been experimented on, drugged to the brink of insanity, and tortured by someone I thought was my family. Boy, was I wrong. This isn't one of those stories where I suddenly get a huge boost of courage and defeat the bad guys then live happily ever after. I don't believe in that stuff anymore. Instead, I was a coward, and ran for my life, for my freedom, because I was too afraid to stand and fight and risk losing control like the monster they had created me to be. I've been too many people, have moved too many times. Now, I wonder if I will finally be able to find a place to call home... I won't allow myself to be captured before I even have a chance at that. Dilemma

It's been almost a hundred years since Earth's civilizations fell, leaving only ruins and memories. Long before the collapse, they began taking humans, but now, everyone knows who they are and they fear them. The few who manage to return from their captivity tell stories of how these creatures treat humans like animals or children, tending to them like pets or slaves. Most survivors live in hidden cities, avoiding the ancient ruined cities at all costs. But not Jace and his crew. As a group of Stray Humans, they've made the decaying cities their home, roaming the forgotten streets, never staying in one place for long, and bringing all their skills to the table. They are a family, working together to make sure those things, Aliens, never take another human as long as they are near. When the aliens of A.C.R. (Animal Care and Rescue) find a new group of humans wandering the ruins of a large city, they think it will be an easy capture. But they soon learn that these particular humans have more willpower than most. They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. No matter the cost. He was the best and worst older brother. I thought I'd never be able to say, "hey, you turned out to not be a complete douche". His smile was the best, his influence changed my world. His death knocked me off balance. he died for a monster named Heroin, and I'll never forgive him completely for it. Yeah, miss him? Tons. Never forgive? Possibly.
