Taken from their childhood, three sisters-Natasha, Emilia and Yelena, were put in the Red Room and were brutally trained to become elite assassins and spies.

Their entire identities were stripped away and rebuilt to make them perfect weapons, loyal only to the Red Room's orders.

Sent to infiltrate the avengers compound, Emilia has only one goal. Bring the Winter Soldier back. As awful as her experience in the Red Room was, she had to stay loyal to it. If she got out of line, Yelena would be the one to bear the consequences.

Haunted by the memories and guilt, she never expected to find understanding - let alone something more - in the eyes of a man built by war.

The Red Room. Black Widows. Little Girls. Many girls have walked through come and gone through these walls. 1 in 20 survive. Maybe. They went from psycologically controling these girls, to full on mind controlling them. Training them to be assassians for one person to be in 'control' of the world. They take their childhoods from them, they take their emotions, and most importantly they take their free will. Natasha Romanoff got out. She became an Avenger. She became more then the assassian they made her. Never looking back. At least not after she thought she destroyed the Red Room. But she didn't really destroy it. And when she left, she left her two "sisters" behind. "Twins". When they were younger, they were all part of a "family". Undercover, as the two older agents with them were there to steal something. The mission lasted 3 years. Natasha knew it was fake. But the 6 year old Yelena Belova and Olesya Aleksandrovna, they didn't know. So they got thrown into the Red Room. Not a clue in the world as to what was going on. "Mother" probably dead from a gunshot wound. "Father" watching as they were taken away. "Older Sister" trying to save them, but failing in the end. So they spent the next 21 years, mind controlled. Forced to be assassians. No freewill. That is, until an older widow, cracks the serum. Finds a way to get the girls their minds back. So, the family comes back together. To end the Red Room. Once and for all. || Black Widow Spoilers! ||

Fractured Origins - Bucky Barnes x OC

13 parts Ongoing Mature

Enemies to friends to lovers - Bucky Barnes fan fiction. Growing up under the control of General Dreykov and the Red Room was exactly what you'd imagine; unrelenting torture, brutal experimentation, and layers of brainwashing that left no part of you untouched. When Natasha and Yelena finally destroyed Dreykov and brought the program down, those of us who survived were sent to Wakanda, where we endured the same deprogramming that had freed the Winter Soldier. Piece by piece, they stripped away what the Red Room had carved into us. Once we were deemed fit for society, S.H.I.E.L.D scattered us across the globe, planting us in carefully chosen lives and coaching us on how to "blend in." For most, reintegration was possible. For me, it wasn't. No matter where I was sent, the past clung to me like a shadow I couldn't shake.
