Interesting. I'd lived in the north of Texas all my life, nothing ever happened there apart from the occasional posse of outlaws terrorising a town before being shut down by lawmen. A cult was different, people from around where I lived were methodists or protestants and were very easily misled by preachers for money. A cult was next level.

Runaway
I've been on the run for three years. I'm not the first, but I certainly won't be the last. For as long as I can remember, I had been experimented on, drugged to the brink of insanity, and tortured by someone I thought was my family. Boy, was I wrong. This isn't one of those stories where I suddenly get a huge boost of courage and defeat the bad guys then live happily ever after. I don't believe in that stuff anymore. Instead, I was a coward, and ran for my life, for my freedom, because I was too afraid to stand and fight and risk losing control like the monster they had created me to be. I've been too many people, have moved too many times. Now, I wonder if I will finally be able to find a place to call home... I won't allow myself to be captured before I even have a chance at that. Faith
Since my story got deleted I decided to just start over. I blame myself for not making a backup of the story, so it's gonna be a bit different from what it was because I can't remember the 30.000 words I wrote. On an early spring night two Ghouls stumble upon a sick young man. He's in bad shape so they take him to their church. His arrival is chaotic and puzzling. Will the Ghouls uncover all his secrets? Or will he uncover theirs? WARNING ⚠️ Strong language, transphobia, hate speech/slurs, (selfharm and trans) scars, weight loss/gain, gore, death, (attempted) murder, domestic violence and probably some smut. I do not own any of the music or any characters that are based on band members and artists.
Throwback Vol. #1 (Violent Faith)
In light of readers telling me how much they enjoyed the short story collection, "Strange Mutations (one man's trash)", I decided to dig deeper into that old, smelly trash-bin and see what else I could scrounge up. So, readers beware, I will be publishing a slew of old stories under what I decided to call- "The throwback series". I needed to find a way to segregate these stories from my current writing because what's presented here are some rough drafts that spawned from an amateur who was just beginning to dip his toe into the world of literature and didn't have the slightest clue what he was doing. But don't run off!!! As long as you don't expect a bestseller, and keep an open mind, you may be surprised to find something you enjoy about these twisted tales. I do this only because I find it fun to go back as see how much I've grown as a writer from where I started, and only hope you have fun with them as well. Just don't hold it against me. I'll think you'll find a big difference in prose and style if you check out some recent stories under my profile. So first in the Throwback line-up is... Violent Faith. He has his sloppy moments, but if you stick around long enough, he just might surprise you and occasionally knock one out of the park. The title of this novella pretty much covers the plot, so sorry, no description really necessary. I was inspired to write this story after reading Jon Krakauer's novel, "Under the banner of heaven", which was based on true events. My story, however, is completely fictional. It is not meant to be an attack on any certain person or religious group, although it may seem that way at times. I was just having fun. I'm well aware that most Mormons are not psychopaths. It was just a fun theme to play around with. All persons, places, and events are nothing more than my imagination and not to be taken seriously. What Lies in Lisa Lake
Returning since my departure in the book I wrote called Dev-Devine Intervention. Driving Across country from Oxnard, California to Middletown, Pennsylvania in my 1995 ford explorer. Coming full circle since leaving in the traumatic fashion. I would return to battle the demons I left a year prior. In fact a lot would change in a course of a year. My return would send shock waves through the community as my ex would transition into a female half assed since my departure. Leaching on his new host of convenience. I would start to rebuild my life by living in my car before getting a supervisor position with Sheetz. Along the way fate and rekindling friendship would bring me back to Lisa Lake. Juggling the heavy demand of my job that would work me 9pm-7:30am most days; the yelling that would affect my sleep. A visit at the Hershey Medical Center would result in a trust fall onto the concrete surface below. Partially unconscious I would get tossed around like a pizza from machine to machine. Head injury that would result in my inability to return to work and subsequently let go of my position. A turn of my luck I decided to refocus my purpose in earning my keep in where I am living. Accommodating the elderly couple and making their lives better in order to restore peace in the household. However, the dark truth is unraveling the scam behind the abuse of a 70 year old woman. How she was trapped in a marriage of convenience for her husband; The abuse that she was suffering from and how people with a hidden agenda took advantage of her with the help of her foolish husband. Understanding how it took my hard work to save her from the hell of her husband's creation. Eliminating the leaches one by one. Nobody should abuse the elderly and nobody should profit from the abuse of the elderly. I bring everything hidden in the darkness. To the light.Complete

*Completed* My name is Silver Jones, or at least it is now. I have been hiding in the witness protection program since I was a kid. I knew the rules. Stay quiet, stay invisible. If no one notices me, the less likely he will find me. But everything changes when I get to the small town of Hopesprings, Colorado. The town wasn't on a single map, so I guess my handlers thought it was the perfect place to hide. Everything goes unnoticed there, but that was until I learned the town's hidden secret. It wasn't on the map because it was built for the witness protection. This gave a whole new meaning to hiding in plain sight. I'm not the only one being hunted down. The government decided to round us all up and place us together. It almost seems like they wanted a bright red target on our heads. Now it is easier to be found. I know he's coming for me, but the question remains. Who will he bring with him? What happens when the town where everyone's hiding is found by their worst nightmares? ***** This book is selected as mature because of the violence depicted and the language used. Although it does depict much blood, it isn't overly described. If at any point, the graphics are too much, stop reading and message me about it. This novel does have spelling and grammar mistakes. This story is the first book I have ever uploaded to this site, and for those of you brave enough to read it, I applaud you. It really is horrible, like seriously bad. In his last life he gave it all to his little brother who was kidnapped at the age of five , recused at the age of sixteen. Extra care - Brother needed it. Parent's support - How could he even ask for it when his brother missed it for eleven years. Brother owed it. Arranged marriage with his best friend - He never wanted it in the first place. They are like bros! So, when his brother showed interest in his best friend , he encouraged it. All he wanted was a happy and complete family. Why were you so late ?"- Best friend. "Why didn't you pick up your calls ? Your brother was worried to death. He almost had a panic attack. We started the journey to distract him."- mother. ..... "Your brother is new to the family. How would he know you are allergic to eggs?" - Mother. "Just go to the hospital. Don't ruin his birthday." - Father. "Bro , why did you even eat that cake ? I can't leave the party to accompany you now." - Best friend. ...... He had enough. He loves his brother too but his love shouldn't be one sided "Do you all even care about me ?I am dying here. My allergy is severe. I can die." He shouts with a hoarse voice. "Nobody dies from egg allergy. Don't exaggerate." "You all are my family. You all know how serious it is. My limbs are getting numb." "We are sending the driver." "Is dd's birthday more important than my life ?" That was the last question he asked before his senses went shady. "How can you be jealous of your own brother." That's what he heard for the last time before everything went black. He chuckles in his fate. What a joke his life has become ! Wish he could get another chance , another chance to live once again !
THE DEVIL IN MATTHEW
The devil in Matthew is a story about Mma, a graduate of the higher institution without a good job and money to give herself a better life found herself psychologically affected by the fact that she was still single at the age of twenty-nine. She endured series of mockery and heavy pressure from her mother about getting married. She got to a point where she didn't care about who the man was or what his life was enthralled with, all she cared about was getting married and getting her mother off her shirt. Even when she finally got a proposal from a guy that was once a childhood friend of her brothers, she wasn't convinced that he was the one but she said yes to avoid any more troubles with her mother. Her marriage was not what she had imagined it to be, her husband was a jobless man who lived with his mother. He actually got married to her because he thought she was from a rich family. He wanted a family he could live off. He didn't know that they didn't have all the glitters and riches and they were living in their past glory. He was patient enough with her. He tried all he could to hide his real self. After the birth of her daughter, they left town to make a better life for themselves that was when the real devil in him unleashed. He became unbearable, he beat her, and he sometimes threw her out in the cold and brought different types of women into their home. Even when she tried to develop herself, by venturing into a business, he tried all he could to wash it down the drain. She was torn between staying in the marriage and running away when she lost a pregnancy due to his battering. She wanted to leave because she was scared and she was scared of leaving because of what people would say about a woman leaving her matrimonial home. At this point in her life and for the first time, she was going to make a decision for herself without caring so much about what people would say about her.Complete
