This is the world. The world we fight to protect. The world we fight to destroy. The world I was trapped in. - Watchers were sent down to Earth to try and sway a boy to join them. He was seen as a strong asset; one who could be a good tactician. The angels ran some heart foundation that protected the world and gave them love. An angel was also sent down to try and protect the boy. He was smart, yes, but if he went with the Watchers he could cause the next "game". The games the Watchers put on halted the entire world and grabbed fourteen poor teenagers and threw them into a state of desperate survival. The angels were there to try and prevent any chance of that happening, taking extra precautions so they didn't make the same mistake that caused the last one. So here we are. A manipulative Watcher named Grian sent down to Earth to try and lie his way towards Impulse, and a loving angel named Skizz sent down to Earth to try and console his way towards the same boy. The two are housed at different families that each have similar connections towards Impulse. Along the way, the two get caught up in personal relationships with the people, along with each other. Will the two continue the protecting and puzzling path towards Impulse, or will they try and find a way to stop the whole plan that caused nothing but harm? After all, no one in the world is a complete angel. ~ I know I didn't do a Halloween special last year but this time I've come back swinging! And by that, I mean I've this finished since the summer. I'm so excited to share it with you all! (Cover art is not mine [it's actually fanart of Roe from BoB]) This work belongs to me, @Seth189. ~The hermits had huddled around a large hole in the ground. At the bottom of the hole sat two people. One had bright orange hair with a face full of freckles and what seemed to be antlers sticking out of her hair. The other was facing away from Grian and was wearing a plain grey jacket with the hood pulled up over their head. They turned and met the builders gaze and time seemed to slow to a stop. Grian couldn't believe what he was seeing. He was standing face to face with a dead person~ Grian left Evo and joined the watchers, whom he then betrayed and in turn, they destroyed Evo and everyone in it. But that's not where the story ends, because when season 8 of hermitcraft rolls around, Grian is shocked to see a familiar face. But what he doesn't know is that this familiar face is there for a reason. Because the watchers wanted Grian back.
