A corpse said to be revived by witchcraft, Phoenix Malfoy was exactly that; she was 2 when she died. Her parents, before the Malfoys, were also Voldemort's followers. So they did what a normal person would do: bury their dead child in an unmarked grave. The Malfoys came across it when Draco was only 9 months old, and they used Magic to revive her, making her a 'zombie'.
