A fabulous story about a child and an old man, both abandoned by their own world.
He was fed up of his life. The others ignored him, did not gave any attention to him. Loneliness is hard. Very hard, especially when you're not so young. And what if that night when he went out for what he thought was the last time he actually met his destiny ?
Immerse yourself in this fascinating story and discover the destiny of two rather atypical characters.
I'm a french girl, but in English class we had to write a short story based on this title, and I'm proud of myself, I never thought I'd be able to write a story in english, so I decided to post it. I apologise if there are a few small mistakes, I hope you'll enjoy it !

I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. Just as you catch your breath, chains appear around your ankles and wrists as he traces kisses up your shin. Forever Night Stand
My luck with a guy has been sucks for a while. My friend told me that maybe I need to try a new way. I always take everything seriously in relationships. So she suggested that I try a one night stand. Maybe that will break the curse of my love life. So, when the chance comes of course I'm going to try it. But my friend failed to mention: do not have a one night stand with your co-worker who apparently will become your boss for two weeks. Or... do not have a one night stand with someone who can make your heart does a cha-cha dance whenever you see his dimples (this is my weakness) or his cocky smile or his blue eyes... or... um... can I say everything about him?
