Their father passed away and there stuck with their evil step mother. They've been cursed and not able to leave the tower. The only way to solve all their life problems is to kiss a prince and live happily ever after. Which, in my opinion, is sexist. Sometimes the girl can be a hero. But this fairy tale doesn't start with a princess or once upon the time. It starts with the moon. -This isn't a vampire/werewolf story-

She meets a guy--probably the most popular guy in school (and hey, why not make him British while we're at it?). He's most likely very handsome and just as rich, and magically seems to understand her. It feels like they've known each other forever when in fact they've actually just met. It's love at first sight, the guy saves the girl from whatever misery she's in, they meet only two or three problems along the way, and then it's happily ever after. But this isn't a fairytale.
