The ghost in this story is real and some of the conversation too are real. it was very hard for her to live a life with two person inside her body. At first she didn't know that if the ghost is real or it just her subconscious mind playing games with her but as time passed she started feeling strange and unusual things just like trying to jump from roof top, hitting herself with everything she found around herself, harming herself with knife and all. one day she found herself alone in room and was talking continuously to god knows with whom. That was the moment she realised that it's not her who's talking incoherent things but it's someone else who's talking but inside her body and she knew that she is possessed.
50% is just fiction that is romanticised here and nothing has been said by the ghost himself in real.
