Entwined Series Book #1 "Love Unraveled" Tessa Monroe People think being a Monroe means my life is easy. Rich, bratty, entitled-blah blah blah. Today, though, sitting in the marble lobby of Prescott & Hale, clutching my intern schedule with numb fingers, I feel anything but powerful. Especially when I see the name I'm assigned under. "Tessa, stay close today. Don't go anywhere alone." A chill slides down my spine. "Why? What's going on?" "Nothing," he says quickly. Too quickly. "Just trust me." I shouldn't. He's my mentor, my professor, the one person I'm supposed to keep a distance from. I realize something frightening He's the one person I instinctively want near me This is fucked up ...
