Mature
Two boys are raised in a laboratory, subjected to experiments and isolated from the outside world. Though they grow close during their time there, one of them carries a secret: they've actually met before, long ago before the lab, before the experiments. Only Atsushi remembers half of that brief but meaningful encounter from their childhood. Desperate to reconnect with that lost bond, he gently tries to help the other remember on his own, hoping the memory will return naturally.

But things aren't so simple. Their memories are fractured by trauma, manipulation, and the lab's interference. Strict surveillance, constant testing, and emotional suppression make it almost impossible for the truth to come out. As the boy who remembers grows more determined, Atsushi efforts are met with resistance both from the other boy, who feels a strange, unexplained familiarity but can't place it, and from the environment that keeps them apart emotionally and physically.

Their shared past is the key to something greater, but the obstacles they face may bury it forever.

Dazai and Chuuya find themselves in a predicament. With little time to process Mori's betrayal, the two boys run to the outskirts of Yokohama city. Working together while soaked in blood, they climb the city's impenetrable barrier in a desperate attempt to survive this ordeal and start a new life. Their new life, now filled with a world of heroes and villains. The two boys now living in this new world under the guardianship of a homeless-looking man and a blond with an annoyingly flashy appearance and loud voice. What will become of these two tragedy-stricken boys and their newfound home? Will they heal from their trauma and become heros? Will their budding romance bear fruit? This is my first fanfiction and my first time writing something publicly like this( sorry if it sucks). This is a fan-fiction cross-mix with Bungo Stray Dogs and My Hero Academia being in the same universe. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps. If you wanna skip to when they start making their way to MHA then skip to chapter 6 ;) though you will be missing some shipping material and plot lines if you do ;b #gore #Dazai x Chuuya X Arahabaki # Eraser-head x Present Mic #Soukoko in UA

• COMPLETED • may start off slow at first, but bear with it it'll pick up • "sheomri is a demon goddess, and i took her soul. so what does that make me, nakahara chuuya?" "makes you a monster." "well, i'd say you're no different." • experimentation and captivity does a number on ones psyche. it may take years to recover, and some never do. after the port mafia saved you from the misery and torture of the organization you were forced into, you felt it only fitting to repay them with your skill. it was hard to take orders from so many people. you were unsure of how to do it, when all you had for so long was the controlling voice of one man who made sure you never disobeyed. you knew the price of that mistake. but that's not to say you don't have a mind of your own. you did, and could stick up for yourself quite well nowadays. and you were very prideful of your progress.
