Yuka has only one first memory in her life, and that is of a large man walking away into the darkness with just the whispered words "It's better this way." She didn't know who he was, nor did she even know who she was and why he left her there. What she did know, was that the streets of the city had become her home not so long after she was left the place that he had abandoned her in.  She's made some friends since being left behind by the mystery man, some more questionable than others, but the bonds she had made with each of them felt like treasure to her. 

Soon she will be ready to make a splash in the world as a hero. Her chance will come with the Entrance exams of U/A! Join Yuka on her journey to become a pro hero alongside her friends, discover who she really is, and find answers to questions she's been asking for as long as she could remember.

She will be the 'The Underdog Hero; Starfire' A light in the dark even for those shrouded in shadow.
