In the year 2152, strange, ethereal creatures known as the Timor appeared as if from nowhere. These beasts wreaked havoc across the United States, quickly raising the death toll to the tens of thousands in just a matter of weeks. In response to this, the Special Timor Obliteration and Research Mandate, also known as STORM, is founded, utilizing electric weapons and antigravity technology to combat and study these strange creatures.
Amongst the new recruits is Benjamin Layro, a young man whose home and family were destroyed by the Timor. Meeting new comrades along the way, he begins the life of a soldier, fighting against the Timor threat in any way he can.
